1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in cash, but we will give you credit at the website for the full cost :) Please make sure that the returned parcel does not create new taxes or shipping costs by marking it as a gift with no commercial value and paying the shipping at origin.
2. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund in all cases.
3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will give your a tracking number to be able to see the progress daily. Please check it and let us know once you get it :)
4. When you return the product, you should use a trackable shipping service with USPS or other national post service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can't proceed before receiving the product back. We already paid the taxes of the product on the first shipping, and therefore it is important that you mark this return as gift with no commercial value so that it does not generate more costs. If mandatory, mark a value of less than USD20 in all cases. We cannot receive returned parcels that have created either shipping costs or customs taxes. Please take this into account and mark it as explained.
5. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
7. In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
8. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
9. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
